Cancellation Policy
Neverland Lash Lounge & Beauty Bar, LLC requires 24 hour notice for all cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to give full notice may result in losing your booking deposit. All cancellations, no-shows and/or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be invoiced 50% of the service charge.
